The awarding body provides qualifications for the beauty industry, ranging from introductory levels to advanced aesthetic practices. These regulated qualifications focus on developing the skills and knowledge for various roles, such as beauty salon assistants, beauty therapists, and microblading technicians. The awarding body offers certificates and diplomas in areas including beauty therapy, hair services, and specialized treatments like microblading and chemical skin peeling.

    Level 2

    These are designed to provide learners with the knowledge and practical skills needed for employment in the Beauty Industry.

    Level 3

    A Level 3 award is equivalent to a A-Level or an advanced apprenticeship, representing a significant level of knowledge and skills in a particular subject area. This qualification is often comparable to other Level 3 qualifications like an advanced technical certificate or diploma and is suitable for those who need to develop more complex skills, including supervisory ones

    Level 4

    A Level 4 award is equivalent to the first year of an undergraduate degree or a Higher National Certificate (HNC). It is a higher education qualification that sits above Level 3 qualifications like A-levels and is designed to provide in-depth knowledge and practical skills for either direct employment or further study.

    Level 5

    The Focus Awards Level 5 Diploma in Aesthetic Practice (RQF) is aimed at learners who want to broaden their aesthetic knowledge and develop their practice within the beauty sector. The qualification is designed to prepare learners for employment in the sector.
